Charcoal Magazine was a publication formed by creatives of color to showcase their talents through the exploration of culture, art, and fashion. I had the privilege of working with them for 2 seasons and enjoyed every moment.
Return is the most recent issue that I had the honor of working on with Charcoal Magazine. This issue was in celebration of Charcoal's 5-year anniversary. On the team, I served as an administrative assistant completing tasks centered around the planning, management, and organization of photoshoots and events both private and public.
Ego Death was the first issue I completed with Charcoal and my introduction to this very exciting world. I served as a stylist and got to style 3 of the shoots featured in the magazine including the cover shoot. That cover and the three shoots I styled are featured below.
